I decided to start a new thread on the issue of P3pro's problematic videoencoding quality as i am totaly surprised there isn't one already! My background is film and video production so the view i will express here is of someone who decided to purchase the Phantom 3 Pro for professional work and not for hobby. Went through troubleshooting with DJI customer support online and they had me look at the log file that is stored on the sd card. It showed equipment codes that pointed to the encoder not being present. Off it went to DJI for repair. They looked at it and then sent me an invoice for $300 for parts and c9zPrsF.
